The People’s Democratic Party (PDP)’s House of Assembly candidate, Abeokuta South, Constituency 1, Hon. Olanrewaju Solomon Enilolobo (OSE), has assured orphans and the less privileged children of his full support, and continued donations towards their absolute well being and healthy living.

Hon Enilolobo gave the assurance while donating food items, which included one bag of rice and 15 cartons of noodles, during a courtesy visit, to the Stella Obasanjo Children Homes, Ibara, Abeokuta, in commemoration of his birthday, on Thursday, 12th of January, 2023.

The PDP candidate also noted that he had always wanted to celebrate with the children, adding that people most times forget to rejoice and merry with the orphans and less privileged around the country.

He further pledged to use his influence to ensure that more philanthropists extend their support and gestures of humanitarianism towards the orphanage homes in the state.

OSE also stated that he would not only be celebrating with them, and making them feel like a vital a part of the society on his birthdays alone, but on periodic occasions, adding that there was always need to thank God for life.

He advised that everyone that has compassion should see it as a duty to support the orphans, adding that it must not necessarily be voluminous donations, as little donations could also go a long way in helping them.

Earlier in his speech, Hon Enilolobo prayed for the children and advised them to be well behaved at all times, after which they sang him a birthday song.
