A Bill on Ogun State Commercial Motorcycle/Tricycle Regulation Law, 2020 has passed through first reading on the floor of the hallowed Chamber of the State House of Assembly having being read for the first time by the Ag Clerk of the Assembly, Mr. Deji Adeyemo before the lawmakers.

The bill with the long title: “H.B No. 033/OG/2020- A Bill for a Law to Empower Local Government Councils to Regulate and Manage the Operation and Union activities of Commercial Motorcycle/Tricycle in Ogun State and for other matters incidental thereto or connected therewith”, was read for the first time before lawmakers at the plenary presided over by the Speaker, Rt. Olakunle Oluomo at the Assembly Complex, Oke-Mosan, Abeokuta.

When operational, the bill will allow local government councils regulate and manage the operations and union activities of the commercial motorcycles and tricycles in the State and other related matters.

In the same vein, the bill on the State Judiciary Funds Management Law, 2020 also scaled through first reading on the floor of the hallowed Chamber of the State House of Assembly having being read for the first time by the Ag Clerk of the Assembly, Mr. Deji Adeyemo before the lawmakers.

The bill with long title: “H. B No 034/OG/2020- A Bill for a Law to Make Provision for the Ogun State Judiciary Funds Management and other Matters Connected Therewith, ” was equally read for the first time during the plenary presided over by Speaker Oluomo at the Assembly Complex, Oke-Mosan, Abeokuta.
