…charges youths to shun violence activities

The Chairman of Asiwaju Dapo Wahab Foundation, Alhaji Asiwaju Dapo Wahab has charged youths on the need to be actively involved in Community development activities for joint gains.

This charge was made during Bode – Olude Area CDC Youth Wing Annual Youth Week programme held recently in Abeokuta with the theme: “Engaging Youths In Grassroots Governance”.

Asiwaju Dapo Wahab urged elders in the community development movement to always carry the youths along during it’s policy and decision making process as this is expected to strengthen young people’s personal development.

He said, “Community service is a thankless service that’s it’s only God that can give reward”.

“I implore the youths to be submissive and accord respect to all the elders and shun any act of violence capable of truncating their brighter future”.

Asiwaju Dapo Wahab on behalf of Asiwaju Dapo Wahab Foundation however donated money to aid the payment of a candidate for West African Examination Council (WAEC).
