A call has gone out to parents, teachers, students and academics stakeholders to invest more time and resources in reading.

Asiwaju Dapo Wahab made this known on Wednesday while receiving an award of recognition on behalf of Asiwaju Dapo Wahab Foundation as The Education Philanthropist of the year 2022.

An event held in Abeokuta was organized by Erudite Global Edutainment, a Platform that inculcate the habit of reading, research and information gathering on Nigerian students.

Asiwaju Dapo Wahab while appreciating the organizer noted that in the era of civilization and modern technology, parents, teachers and stakeholders should endeavour to encourage students in the act of reading.

Asiwaju Dapo Wahab however dedicated the award to scholars and researchers around the globe for their immense contributions to make a better and conducive environment for readers and leaders of tomorrow.
