As part of its aims and objectives to promote sports and youth development at the grassroots level, Asiwaju Dapo Wahab Foundation team led by its President, Alhaji Asiwaju Dapo Wahab JP on Saturday attended the football football competition between Idunnuoluwa CDA & Irepodun CDA in Abeokuta, Ogun State.
Asiwaju Dapo Wahab who was the Chairman at the football match emphasized the importance of football competition in Community’s development and growth.
He said, “Football is important to the growth of the community and it helps to strengthen love and peaceful coexistence in regardless of religion, gender and tribe”.
“Football also teaches us a lot about teamwork, unselfishness and value for each Individuals”.
“Football brings everyone together, it brings smiles to people’s faces”.
