He said, “I use this medium to condole with my sister Flori, daddys girl AJ, the rest of the family and the Oyo State government on the demise of our brother, Senator Abiola Ajimobi. Ajimobi’s death at this time is a huge loss to the nation when his wealth of political experience is much needed.

According to him, “He lived a long and worthy life as a two term Governor of the pacesetter state was a testimony left behind. Indeed his political career was inspiring for younger generations.”

Pasewonda as fondly called, prayed Almighty Allah to grant the repose of his soul, continue to keep all that he left behind, grant the family and indeed the entire Oyo people the courage to bear the loss.

The chairman of Paseda Legacy Foundation therefore described the death of the late governor as painful, but irreversible.
