Plus World Realtors alongside other partners is set to build world class and one of the biggest shopping mall in Lagos, Nigeria expected to be equipped with international standard facilities.
This plan was traveled by the Managing Director and Founder of Plus World Realtor, John Igbaifua recently during a courtesy visit to the Oniba of Oba Kingdom, Oba Sulaimon Adeshina recently at his palace in Lagos State.
According to Igbaifua the proposed complex named Acada Arcade is going to be located opposite the Lagos State University in Ojo area of the state which will be one of the biggest shopping malls in the country.
The Plus World founder explained further that the Acada Arcade is a joint venture with the Nigeria Army post Housing development limited that will also provide a unique warehouse which many complexes in Lagos lacked.
He said, “Acada Arcade is going to be unique from the other complexes around here because it is going have warehouses.”
“Warehousing is one of the unique selling point for Acada Arcade knowing fully well that around this Alimosho and its environs the complexes we have does not have warehouses, so Acada Arcade will be designed to taste with international standard, with the people and environment in mind.”
He stated further that the complex will be designed to house many commercial activities, eateries, shops, office complexes and one stop shop for household goods and kids items.
He added that the complex will be designed with parking lots, world class security architecture to protect properties and lives of its customers.
The Plus World CEO however said that the price of the shopping mall will be subsidized to make it affordable and accessible for the occupants and customers.
“Similar project in this environment is already 50% discounted compared to any other project facilities of similar capacity, for our entry level is 50% discounted. We are doing this because we are considerate. Our prices are very affordable and reasonable”, he concluded.
