In continuation of his commitment to boosting infrastructure that drives social development and economic progress, Senator Solomon Olamilekan Adeola (Yayi) has commissioned several completed projects in Ado Odo Ota Local Government Area, handing them over to communities and key stakeholders for immediate use.

In Ota, four major projects were commissioned, each designed to elevate the standard of living, improve education, and enhance the capacity of local educators.

These projects were handed over by Senator Adeola’s representatives, Chief (Hon.) Lai Taiwo and Hon. Samuel Aiyedogbon. The completed infrastructure includes a state-of-the-art 1,000-seater Town Hall, an ICT Centre at Ansar-Ud-Deen Comprehensive College, Ota, a new 12-classroom block at Iganmode Grammar School, and an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at the State General Hospital, Ota.

In Igbesa, the Senator commissioned newly built lock-up shops and open stalls at Oba Adesola Market, Lusada. This initiative is in line with his campaign promises to promote local commerce and stimulate economic growth across Ogun West Senatorial District.

Furthermore, a 12-classroom block in Ado Odo was unveiled, underscoring Senator Adeola’s dedication to creating conducive learning environments for both students and teachers.

Dignitaries at the various project commissioning ceremonies included royal fathers, community leaders, political figures, and market stakeholders. They unanimously praised the quality and scope of the projects, describing them as unparalleled in the history of political representation in the local area.

The Olofin of Ado Odo, Oba Olusola Lamidi Osolo, expressed his appreciation for Senator Adeola’s work, also commending Ogun State Governor Prince Dapo Abiodun for supporting the Senator’s emergence.

“In the history of Ado Odo, we have never seen these kinds of projects before, and I don’t think it’s peculiar to Ado Odo alone. In the history of Ogun West, we have never witnessed such developments,” Oba Sola remarked, while praying for the Senator’s continued progress.

Speaking at one of the events, the Are Onakakanfo of Ota, Chief (Hon.) Lai Taiwo, lauded Senator Adeola’s transformative impact on the region. He stated, “In my over two decades in politics, I have not witnessed the type of development that Senator Adeola is bringing to Ado Odo Ota Local Government Area.”

Chief Lai Taiwo also highlighted that the people of Aworiland stand firmly in support of the Senator, as he continues to fulfill his electioneering promises.
