EFCC Chairman Orders Arrest of Officers Involved in Hotel Staff Assault

The Executive Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Mr. Ola Olukoyede, has directed the arrest of two EFCC officers implicated in the mistreatment of a female staff member at Regional Hotel in Ojo, Lagos.

A viral video showed the officers engaging in unprofessional conduct during a dawn raid at the hotel, which resulted in the arrest of several suspects currently being investigated.

Olukoyede has initiated a thorough investigation into the incident and promises appropriate disciplinary action against any culpable officers.

He reassures the public that the EFCC remains committed to upholding professionalism and respect for the rule of law in its operations.
