The motion for adoption was seconded by Hon. Dickson Awolaja and supported by all members through a unanimous voice vote. Under the guidance of Speaker Rt. Hon. Oludaisi Elemide, the bill underwent a clause-by-clause reading and adoption by the Committee of Whole.

The Majority Leader, Yusuf Sheriff, moved the motion for the third reading, seconded by Hon. Adeyinka Ademola, and the Whole House supported it through a unanimous voice vote.

The Deputy Clerk, Barr. (Mrs.) Funmilayo Adeyemi, then conducted the third reading before the lawmakers. Finally, Speaker Rt. Hon. Oludaisi Elemide directed that the bill be transmitted to Governor Prince Dapo Abiodun for his assent.
