PUPIL BAGS SCHOLARSHIP AS FOUNDATION SCHOOL HOLDS END OF SESSION PARTY

The Head of Store, NYSC Osun State, Mr Folajimi Babayemi on Wednesday, 24th July, 2019, awarded scholarship to a pupil of the NYSC Foundation Nursery and Primary School, Osogbo. He made this known during the end of session party organized by the school management. The award had as recipient Shuaib, a very bright pupil of primary four who lived with his grandparents.

Representing the State Coordinator, Mr Adegoke Adewale at the event, Chief Fadairo Tunde, the Assistant Director HRM, expressed his gratitude to God and to the school management for the effort they have put in place to make the event a colourful one. In his address, he also enjoined parents to do well by sending their children to NYSC Foundation Nursery and Primary School, stating that Osun State is privileged to have a school of such high standard in the capital.

The Headmistress of the school, Mrs Bello Omolola expressed her delight at the turn out of the event, describing it as “the first of its kind” since the inception of the school. She further appreciated the management of the scheme for their unalloyed support towards maintaining the high standard of the school and towards providing a conducive learning environment for the pupils. The event was filled with different activities ranging from dancing, drama, spelling and choreography.
