ENTREPRENEURSHIP: THE NEXT BIG DEAL FOR CORPS MEMBERS — ADEGOKE

The State Coordinator NYSC Osun State, Adegoke Adewale has described the skill acquisition and entrepreneurship development as the next big deal for the members. He made this known while declaring the 2019 Batch B skills acquisition and entrepreneurship development in-camp training at the Permanent Orientation Camp, Ede open.

During the programme, corps members were enlightened on the need for skills acquisition.

He urged them to cultivate the culture of entrepreneurship despite being graduates of various courses.

In light of this, the CEO of Destiny Development Initiative, Mr Segun Oduyebo advised corps members to develop their transformational capacity because advanced nations have developed their transformational capacity. He enumerated some tips needed to develop their transformational capacity which include; developing conceptual skills, learn how to manage relatonships and resources.

He ended his motivational speech by emphasizing the need for corps members to be creative.

Ex-corps members who have excelled in the skill acquisition programme also motivated the corps members, urging them to embrace the opportunity provided by the scheme to be self-reliant.
