Kemta-Somorin Road: Governor Abiodun Has Taken Away Our Sorrow – Sowunmi

Following the construction of 5km Kemta – Somorin – Idi – Aba road in the Odeda local government area of Ogun State by the state’s governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun.

The Chairman, Amalgamation of Commercial Motorcycles Owners, Riders and Repairers Association of Nigeria (ACOMORAN) in Ogun State, Comrade Kayode Sowunmi has said the intra – city road would ameliorate the suffering of motorists and residents living in the axis.

Comrade Sowunmi added that the construction would also decongest the major roads of the state and make life more comfortable for residents of the state.

“On behalf of residents of Kemta-Somorin community, I want to thank His Excellency, Prince Dapo Abiodun for the construction of the community road.

No doubt, this giant stride will reduce the suffering and stress of commuters and residents of the community. This will also reduce the long traffic along Asero-Obantoko corridor.

“The construction of the road is another promise made, promise kept by our workaholic governor.”

Sowunmi, therefore, assured the governor of the people’s votes as appreciation for his good gesture, saying “one good term, deserves another”.

“Your Excellency, we shall replicate this your good gesture by voting massively for your second term because one good term, deserves another one. We have suffered on this road for over 15 years without any government attention, but Governor Abiodun has taken away our sorrow. Thank you sir.”
