Ogun Students Begins First Term Break December 19

As 2022 is gradually coming to an end, students of both Public and Private schools in Ogun will will commence first term holiday for the 2022/2023 academic session from Monday, December 19, 2022.

This development was contained in a statement signed by the state’s Commissioner for Education, Science and Technology, Prof. Abayomi Arigbabu and obtained by Tropic Reporters correspondent in Abeokuta today.

Prof. Arigbabu said Public and Private Primary and Secondary Schools, as well as Government Science and Technical Colleges in Ogun State will proceed on first term holiday from December 19, 2022, adding that schools are expected to resume for the second term activities on Monday, January 9, 2023.

The commissioner however urged parents and guardians to take proper care of their wards during the holiday, stressing that this became necessary so that the holidaying students would not lose focus for the betterment of their future.
