The Osun State Commissioner for Education, Hon. Folorunsho Bamisaye has assured the Owaloko of Iloko Ijesa, Oba Akeem Ogungbangbe of the government’s continuous support in the area of Education.
The Commissioner made this known on Tuesday when he paid a courtesy visit to the traditional monarch in his palace.
The Commissioner also used the opportunity to officially congratulate His Royal Majesty, Oba Akeem Ogungbangbe, the Ajagbusi Ekun VI and Owaloko of Iloko Ijesa for his successful coronation.
Hon. Folorunsho also implored the Monarch who also doubled as the Chairman Board of Osowusi Muslim Commercial High School within the community to take charge of the School by supporting the school in all ramifications.
On his part, Owaloko appreciated the team led by the Commissioner for Education and also said he would do more in area Education for the people of Iloko ijesa and some books will soon be given to all pupils and students in Iloko-ijesa.
He said some of the Old Students of the school are now meeting on what to do for their Alma mater.
He however assured the Commissioner that the ministry will be carried along in all Education related matter in Iloko-ijesa. He concluded.
