Nigeria at 60: Asiwaju Dapo Wahab Sues For Peaceful Coexistence

The Chairman of Ifedara Opeji Area CDC in Abeokuta, Ogun State, Asiwaju Dapo Wahab,AICMC, JP has identified with Nigeria on her 60th Independent Anniversary.

Asiwaju Dapo Wahab made this known in a statement through his Director of Information and Publicity, Adejola Adeyemi Crown in the early hours of today 1st October, 2020.

Asiwaju Dapo Wahab while congratulating Nigerians for witnessing yet another landmark achievement in the history of the Nation called for more peaceful coexistence.

He said despite the fact that Nigeria is still facing high rate poverty, corruption, crime, hunger, unemployment and insecurity. He noted that in no long time the anguish and suffering being faced would be things of the past.

He stressed further that peace is the hallmarks of liberty, justice, equality and solidarity.

He equally urged Nigerians to celebrate more about what binds them together over what put them aside as a Nation.

He said, “I charge all Nigerians to embrace peace and understand that peace is reverence for life and the most precious possession of humanity”

“Nigerians should know that peace is a deep – rooted commitment to the principle of liberty, justice, equality and solidarity.”

“I urged Nigerians to dwell more in what binds them together rather than what put them apart as prosperity lies in togetherness and I wish all and sundry a happy Independence Celebration, he concluded.
